I completed my premedical degree at Columbia University and completed my Doctorate at New York Chiropractic College in 1980. I have been a full time chiropractic physician in Jupiter , Florida for the last 34 years. Recently , I have passed a rigorous examination to be included in the limited National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners for the Department of Transportation (DOT).

As of May 2014, all CDL holders must be examined and certified only by registered professionals found in the National Registry.

As a certified medical examiner, my mission is two-fold:

Primarily we must make sure, to the best of our ability, that you as a professional driver are mentally and physically capable of safely operating your vehicle for your and the public's protection.

Secondly, we want to help keep you on the road as long as you desire, if possible, to protect your earning ability.

*Your examination includes the mandatory urine analysis, designed to detect diabetes, kidney disease and other metabolic problems. *In house drug and alcohol testing, if required by your employer , will be available soon. This testing is NOT a mandatory part of the CDL examination.
